ABOUT ME: Being introduced to courses on machine tool technology at a local vocational school at a young age, I started working as a machinist at the age of 17. Since then, I have studied and worked in the construction industry for the past 16 years, and developed a skill set that includes expertise on: high voltage electrical, electrical controls, automotive wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, heavy machinery mechanic, heavy machinery operator, reading engineered drawings, shop management, and large-scale project management. Despite my wide range of knowledge, I believe education is a lifelong process. Therefore, I am constantly educating myself to ensure my knowledge is up-to-date in order to provide you with the appropriate codes, guidelines, and recommendations for your home.
Growing up in rural Southeast Missouri, hard work was just a way of life which I am extremely familiar with. As a result, it has humbled me and taught me the importance of good work ethics and honesty. Home Inspection isn’t a career I just jumped into. It is something that I am deeply passionate about, and provides me the opportunity to help others be well-informed about their new home purchase. My passion for teaching and educating others, as well as my patience for providing thorough explanations, will allow you to obtain the knowledge you need, in order to feel confident and comfortable with purchasing your home. I pride myself on doing excellent work, in addition to being mindful and respectful of your needs. With that being said, why wouldn’t you choose me?
